Passionate, highly creative, and committed, Jawad Elhusuni is a valuable addition to Sidra. As a Senior architect at our firm, he brings vast experience handling commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use projects. Completing his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Architecture from the University of Westminster, London, and Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture and Master of Architecture from the Bartlett School of Architecture UCL, London, he has worked on prestigious projects across the UK, Ireland, New York, and Dubai.

Around 15 years Middle East experience in construction field, Sr.Electrical Enginner leading the Electrical Design and Supervision Team. He is experienced in Electrical HV, LV Power System And Low Current System design, site execution and successful handing over of projects. He is familier with local Authorities and authority regulations in touch with DEWA and Etisalat for project design approvals and getting connections.

As a resident engineer at SIDRA, Hazem supervises the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects of all sizes. He leads projects, coordinates activities and supervises the staff, and is thoroughly familiar with a number of construction projects. He holds BSc in civil engineering and has over 17 years of experience.

Nonito has worked his way up to become a professional Technical manager and is admired by both clients and the team. Years of experience combined with interpersonal skills make him a core team member at SIDRA.

Both passionate and hardworking, Nasim focuses on sustainable architecture and mixed used design. During her 10 year long career, she has developed her skills in project management, architectural design development, and supervision.

As a business development manager and a core team player at Sidra, Yasmin maintains a good and highly professional relationship with clients, teams and partners. She continually proves her competence by performing well in areas like negotiation, marketing, data analysis, and project management. With over 18 years of multi-national experience in sales, marketing, and business development combined with her experience working with designers of the hospitality industry, innovative companies and Spanish and French consultants and suppliers, she becomes a valuable addition to our team.

Mahdi TAYEH is fully committed to achieving client goals and performs his tasks with utmost professionalism. He has 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction field working for a range of construction firms, contractors, and consultancies in the MENA region. At SIDRA we benefit from his experience in both private and public sectors working on stages of the project post contract activities.

Mir is committed to achieving client goals by understanding their budget constraints and needs. He brings years of experience and unparalleled competence to our team. As a civil engineer, he acts as a liaison, monitor projects and oversees all the tasks involved from start to finish.

Salem is one of the highly experienced and admired architects at Sidra. Before joining our company he has worked for reputable clients and gained a wealth of knowledge. He reviews the architectural aspects of the development of a design, production of the construction documents and details.

Over the years, Michael has worked on several projects as a Quantity surveyor in Philippines and UAE. As an important part of our team, he reviews architectural plans and prepares quantity needs, estimate the quantity and cost of materials, prepares comparison sheets of suppliers, reviews and evaluates drawings and much more.

Mohammed is an excellent team player and a highly professional MEP draftsman. He has worked for high profile clients and has over 10 years of experience in the Gulf region. His vast experience has enabled him to work on big projects at SIDRA, performing complex tasks with great accuracy and in detail.

Srinivas has a B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and have worked on diverse projects for hospitals, residential buildings, commercial spaces and warehouses. At Sidra, he plans and prepares requirements for electrical needs supervise/review the design process and coordinates activities among the team.

Ruel has a successful track record of over 9 years, working in varied environments for large international multi-disciplinary companies in The Philippines and the United Arab Emirates. He has displayed expertise in design using a variety of building materials applied across a broad range of structures and geographical locations, with his keen focus on efficiency, quality and consistency in the design process.

With over 13 years of experience in this field, Mohamed handles a range of commercial and residential projects of all sizes. He works closely with clients, project managers, and team members to create project designs and develop feasible solutions.

Before joining SIDRA, Rachelle worked as a professional Draftsman for over 8 years handling a range of projects. She is a valuable addition to the team as she is highly knowledgeable and performs duties with dedication.

Satya brings his expertise in mechanical system design, production, and review of construction detailed drawings and supervision to our firm. He works with architecture and structural teams and coordinates workflow with different departments.

Ailyn our commercial and contract manager has over 14 years of international experience gained within both private and construction/engineering firm environments within the Asian Pacific and GCC regions. She is admired for her excellent communication, leadership qualities, and negotiating skills. Her extensive experience with claims management, dispute resolution, and drafting and negotiating, construction contracts, consultancy services, and joint venture agreements makes her an integral part of team SIDRA. In addition to her Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, she holds membership in many professional societies.

With over 17 years of professional experience in the design, supervision and management of MEP Building Services Engineering, Nayab serves as Senior Mechanical Engineer of MEP Engineering at our firm. His role covers all aspects of MEP team management, including divisional account responsibilities, technical advisory, construction supervision, technical review, implementation of business objectives, strategy development as well as client key account management.
